This thing is going to drive me crazy but I have been trying to actually book reward flights on the Etihad website. I recently did a transfer with the Amex bonus and really wanted to see where I can go. I like the calculator on the Etihad website since it let’s you book flights with only 75% of the miles required.
However for the past 5 days there is no way I can check anything as the site does not go past the rewards page screen. If I try to make a booking the website refreshes only tothe contact details form. Over and over again! For the past four days I have been trying to make a booking.
I have used a different computer, browser and cleared all my cookies etc. I even called the customer service but they never seem very helpful in my experience. The lady told me she can make a booking for me but cannot transfer me to a technical team?
I also contacted the Etihad help via twitter and they said they will investigate since it looks OK on their side. I am still waiting for their reply from their technical team.
Do you have the same problem or is it something that is stopping my computer from pulling the information?
